Job Title: Sales Coordinator (ID1562)
Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2400 to $2800
Job Responsibilities:
• Cold calls to prospects & sales visit;
• Prepare monthly sales report;
• Promote international air and ocean freight services;
• Achieve sales target;
• Identify potential clients and develop new accounts;
• To manage sales and daily logistics duties;
• Ensure high customer satisfaction;
• Conduct Marketplace and research;
• Identify and enlarge targeted customer base;
• Ensure smooth freight service from pick up to delivery;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Shipping or a related field;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships (both internal and external);
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure;
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail;
• Able to work independently or in a team-based environment;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• At least 1-3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry;
• Prior experience with shipping sales would be advantageous.
