JOB SCOPE:


This position is part of the Regional Product Marketing Team. Being the Subject Matter Expert and representative of the company in this field, he/she will support the Endo Surgical team and work closely with regional sales and channel partners, working towards the main objective of achieving and exceeding sales targets of the Division. The candidate will manage Endoscopy's surgical products, both Singapore and regional, demo activity handling equipment and manage the launch of surgical endoscopy products. Manage product marketing by sales trend. He/she has to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.


RESPONSIBILTIES:

  1. Review progress of sales roles throughout the company. Manage and forecast monthly revenue and sales pipelines.
  2. Engage regional subsidiaries and partners in achieving their sales targets. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
  3. Perform and support market and competitor analytics with marketing team. Gather intelligence on market opportunities, potential and use such knowledge to develop appropriate marketing plans, strategies.
  4. Competent with product knowledge to be the field expert. Introduce Endoscopy (Endo Surgical) products to physicians; including hands-on demonstrations and provide intra-procedural observation and support.
  5. Use one’s comprehensive knowledge of (relevant) products, to instruct and educate nurses/physicians on safe and correct use of the organisation’s products in clinical settings.
  6. Conduct product training to distributors, physicians, nurses, and other hospital stakeholders, include preparation on training materials.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and customers, gaining insights through such interactions on needs, requirements, and challenges.
  8. Address customers' issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction. Highlight and report issues escalated from the field and work with relevant teams towards resolution.
  9. Collaborate with regional sales and channel partners in product launch strategy and promotion plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  10. Work on development of marketing collaterals to increase brand awareness and monitor effectiveness of marketing activities.
  11. Support demo and loaner request of channel partners and work with Supply Chain team to ensure delivery of equipment on time.
