Leads a team typically comprised of sales, technical support, application experts, and product support field personnel to achieve goals to drive increased customer loyalty throughout the designated industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the business plan of sales targets for Construction Industries customer in the Asia Pacific Region.
- Develop sales and marketing Go-to-Market plan and manage merchandising programs to achieve the business plan targets for company products and solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through management & development of product and commercial solutions.
- Support sales funnel management through PSE management, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
- Develop people by managing robust training and development plans with cadence and governance.
- Support dealer training requirements across all products and services.
