Purpose of Position
· To increase sales and profitability of H&C through organic growth and new market, new customers, new applications
· To define H&C strategy and key action plan in alignment with market segment heads and regional sales head
· To explore and to create business opportunities with new applications
Job Highlights
· Manage H&C sales in line with CNS APAC business strategy to achieve sales target
· Define key action items for H&C strategies and execute those actions with distributors/customers
· Budget owner for H&C e.g. planning, monitoring, cost control, etc
· Work closely with PMs for marketing strategy, portfolio management, product pricing and forecast/budget
· Manage/lead/develop business partners, distributors in channel management to create more sales with accountability for the countries of responsibility
· Monitoring market dynamics (customers, segments, competitors) in the countries and report to stakeholders Develop new projects with distributors/customers

Requirements
· Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Sciences is preferred
· About 5~10 years of professional sales experience in chemical industry
· Industry knowledge/technical knowledge in chemical/ Hygiene & Care
· Good communication skills in English
· Strong leadership and problem solving skills
