THE PERSON:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who is proactive and has strong execution skills. You will have a solid track record of creativity and innovation in finding solutions to business process challenges. You are naturally results oriented with the ability to make decisions quickly with strong problem structuring and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help prepare executive level decks and status updates for key executives and partners
- Drive region-wide operations reviews, staff meetings, offsites and other key meetings.
- Build strong relationship with team members across the organization to influence outcomes and maintain project momentum.
- Take a strategic lead role on highly critical planning projects and initiatives across the region.
- Create an end-to-end view of the operational requirements of the sales organization
- Create reports and analyze weekly data against key performance metrics (financial, operational, and market related)
- Coordination and communication of sales compensation metrics, sales plans, quarterly reviews
- Organize and align strategic priorities with members of the leadership team and drive execution and performance of strategic initiatives while tracking and delivering on key sales KPI’s.
- Manage annual long range and financial planning with the leadership team, ensuring coordination and consolidation of inputs across the teams.
- Build and optimize operational cadence and calendar which anticipate the delivery needs of the organization and enable the leadership team to operate effectively and efficiently.
- Proactively identify issues that impede business group results and providing solutions/recommendations
- Motivate and lead the APAC sales operations team (~5 people)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in assisting sales leadership with pipeline management through the utilization of SFDC and associated systems
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excel in data manipulation, analysis and presentation. (Experience with Power BI advantageous)
- Experience leading and managing multiple complex projects at a given time with successful results
- Ability to influence executive leadership on complex business topics
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships, and influence team members to ensure delivery
- Demonstrated project and program leadership success
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a combination of operations, strategy or business management role.
