Scope:
- Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams
- Process all inbound escalations from the Sales Team email and/or phone call
- Effectively communicate resolutions direct to end-customers
- Support sales team on Quotes & Order resolution.
- Coordinate with customer service and accounting team to resolve any issues related to invoicing
- Regular and proactive in working with sales team to gather update and report in monthly sales meeting.
- Tender Documents and ensure timely submission and documentations
- Supply center store stock and maintenance management.
- Demo logistics arrangement
- 3rd Party Vendor survey/ questionnaire
- Other assigned tasks depending on business requirements
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration or a scientific discipline. with at least 2 years of related customer service experience with order entry systems
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, and to multi-task under deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce and the quoting process is preferred.
- Customer orientated and able to drive activities that improve customer satisfaction.
- Organized, able to work independently and in teams in a highly matrix organizations
- Highly driven with the ability to perform under stress and adhere to strict timelines
- Well versed with Government procurement mechanisms like ITQ/Tenders will be advantageous
