Our client, a Maritime Shipping Leader, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Digital Marketing and Operations Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy by thoroughly analyzing internal and external factors, including market solutions, tools, and competitor strategies.
- Manage creative assets and ad content to effectively drive digital marketing activities.
- Establish and enhance an internal digital marketing process, providing support to business owners within the trade and marketing teams.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and evaluate ROI.
- Integrate with the internal CRM platform to maximize the efficiency of digital marketing activities.
- Improve and automate digital marketing processes, leveraging customer-related data for enhanced effectiveness.
- Support other work-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or relevant discipline
- Work experience in digital marketing, yield management, and data analysis is advantageous.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
- Experience handling Paid Media Ads, including Google and social media ads, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and data handling is a plus.
