Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and sales servicing of assigned accounts
- Increase sales revenue via online sales queries channel
- Manage leads that comes in via the company online booking platforms
- Manage online sales queries by following up with these queries in accordance to SLA (includes preparing, presenting proposal and contracting with clients)
- Conversion of online leads to contracts in both NetSuite and Cognito Forms
- Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience
- Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposal to clients
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of sales leads
Requirement
- Min Diploma in any disciplines
- At least 3 years of relavant working experience in sales servicing role/front-line customer service
- Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth
