Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the school's visibility and reputation, both locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an integrated strategic marketing and communications plan to broaden awareness of the school's programs and priorities.
Manage media relations, public events, editorial content, and digital platforms, including the school's website and social media channels.
Design and launch effective advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and outdoor media.
Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including promotional materials, newsletters, and press releases.
Collaborate with the admissions team to drive student recruitment efforts and achieve enrollment targets.
Establish a strong brand identity that resonates with diverse cultural audiences.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including educational leaders, community partners, and media outlets.
Analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the education sector is desirable.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills and some experience with CRM and CMS systems.
Knowledge of the Singapore and International education market is a plus.
