What you will do:
As Sales Account Manager, you will build relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin. Services and supports existing customer accounts in assigned local geographic area, with a limited sales target or quota.
How You Will Do It:
- You will be tasked with increasing after-sales services for HVAC systems & Fire solution on ocean going vessels
- We are seeking for a Hunter to generate new service accounts from our install bases
- Understand decision making structure within customers organization chain is critical to success
- Ability to connect, engage with key influencing decision makers, and build network within customer network
- Qualify accounts and assess potentials and create customer business plans for YoY growth
- Identify, investigate, track and close sales opportunities
- Ability to articulate value proposition
- Team player and highly collaborative to work across different stakeholders
What We Look For:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in either Sales or Engineering discipline
- At least 3 years sales experience working in the Marine or Oil and Gas
- Knowledge of compressors or fire detection / suppression systems is preferred
- Ability to communicate both internally and externally at high levels.
- Strong customer focused orientation with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- A high level of Business Acumen with strong strategic agility.
