Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the digital marketing strategy for organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM) and social media ads across industries.
- Support and develop team members to maximise their work performance, contribution and job satisfaction.
- Analyse performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data driven conclusions.
- Consult on accounts to identify upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients and work with your manager to increase clients' adoption of our services.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of performance or SEO marketing agency experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on work experience in digital advertising such as Google ads or Meta (Facebook) platform ads, OR Search Engine Optimisation.
- Consumer Services Marketing experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication
- Preferably previously specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
