Job Responsibilities :
We are looking for a data-driven individual to join our Razer.com dynamic team as SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist/Associate Manager. You will be responsible in supporting key activities in driving revenue through digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEM, SEO, EDM and etc.
Responsibilities
- Conduct SEO audits and analysis of site health, proposing gaps for improvement on page speed, meta data and site content, site architecture and backlinks to improve organic traffic rankings.
- Ability to run keyword analysis and provide recommendations for key product verticals and working closely with product team on optimal site content to drive relevant traffic
- Work closely with web developers to fix technical SEO issues, meta data, redirects, and page load speeds
- Conduct SEO workshops across different teams within the company to educate SEO best practices within their respective fields and provide SEO expert advice where applicable.
- Execute digital marketing activities including advertising on search platforms, social media platforms and display platforms alongside our affiliate and email marketing
- Create high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy in line with brand guidelines as part of campaign execution.
- Manage, plan and track campaigns in accordance with product roadmaps and always-on campaigns to meet revenue objectives.
- Adopt a data-driven approach in decision-making to improve the overall go-to-market strategy, tactics, and performance.
- Close collaboration with email-marketing, affiliate marketing, product managers, category managers and across different business units.
- Stay abreast of best practices and latest trends in SEO, social media, digital marketing, web analytics, digital content and campaign management to identify new marketing platforms/opportunities.
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience within digital marketing.
- Good knowledge and prior hands-on experience with SEO
- Practical experience in placing Search Ads, Social Ads, Display Ads, Programmatic Ads.
- Experience in media planning and execution on an international / global level.
- Experience within ecommerce metrics and KPIs.
- Analytical skills to interpret and present data to high-level stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Time management skills to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomously.
