Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sales Administrator will deliver excellence throughout the entire sales process. Taking charge of the sales process from the raising of a sales order to the posting of a delivery order.
You will be:
- Answering customer enquiries over the phone, via Whatsapp and email
- Taking and processing customer orders and payments.
- Doing credit checks, raising invoices and dealing with paperwork
- Updating customer records
- Checking and managing inventory
- Assigning delivery routes
- Providing after-sales support
You will need to be:
- O” level and above
- Bilingual. Proficiency in Chinese is essential (for communicating with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Able to multi task and organize things in a structured manner
- Proficient in MS Office applications. MS Excel knowledge is essential.
- Able to work 5.5day (alternate Sat till 3.30pm)
