- Provide Accounting and administrative support.
- Assist in data entry for accounting team.
- Supporting in client onboarding and servicing
- Corporate Secretarial Support – Assist on preparation of AGM documents, board resolutions etc.
- Keep track of client's due date for AGM and Annual Return filing.
- Post incorporation documentation
- Assist in lodging ACRA transactions
- Filing and mail handling.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum A Level or Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills.
- Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
- Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude, detail-minded, and organized.
