- Provide sales and technical support to new and existing customers
- Support Sales team on quotations and projects
- Maintaining receipts and records (including monitor and update status of sales quotes, proposals and document control)
- Provide back-end support, collaborating with Customer Support, Operations Business Development Teams.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Prepare and ensure timely execution of orders to internal/ external customers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and service providers for shipment and transport arrangement.
- Follow up on status of shipment arrangement and work closely with appointed freight forwarders.
- To generate inventory and storage movement reports upon request from stakeholders.
- Purchasing from HQ and other Subsidiary Factories
- Communication with Email & Teams
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
