Our client is an innovative consumer home brand. We are currently sourcing on behalf of our client for a Sales Manager, based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to lead and manage the offline sales operations, develop and executing on offline sales strategy to drive growth and profitability
- Build and lead a high performing sales team through hiring, training, setting objectives, performance management
- Create development plans, forecasting sales targets and growth projects
- Identify market opportunities
- Build rapport and positive relations with existing and potential customers
- Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Prepare financial projects, sales targets, sales presentations
- Present sales reports and forecast to management team
- Ensure sales targets are achieved
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of offline Sales experience from ecommerce or retail background, with experience leading a sales team
- Strong problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
