Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content
Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and propose innovative marketing strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales and Business Development in China, the Far East and the Middle East Market or similar role in the maritime industry
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Maritime or a related field
Knowledge of the maritime industry and market trends
Mandarin Speaker is an advantage as this position requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients
