Sales Admin Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update all channel daily sales
  • Monitor Sales Order & Consignment Order
  • Monitor KOP order and print delivery label
  • Monitoring of 1 exchange stock requisition form and sales order
  • Update daily Purchase Order receive from trade channel
  • Improve data quality by checking the completeness, correctness, accuracy and other data challenges
  • Use analytical techniques to improve operational and reporting efficiency
  • Monitor Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order & Arrival Document
  • Monitor Customer's OOS status and submit replenishment form to Customer's buyer
  • Track and tally invoices receive from various channel
  • Check price for return order receivable
  • Analyse, visualize, and generate insights by designing and implementing reports and analytics solutions
  • Perform data cleaning for existing database entries when necessary
  • Leverage on proprietary data using statistical analysis to provide data insights for business development
  • Work with Head of Sales & Marketing to prioritize business and information data needs
  • Update retail sales for sales and marketing meetings
  • Collect relevant data so as to perform descriptive and predictive analyses
  • Process KOP commission withdrawer and submit to finance
  • Manage weekly S&M Meetings including booking of conference room and setting up email calendar
  • Update sales data from various sources to shared drive
  • Update monthly P&L by channel by customer
  • Preparation and analysis for Management reporting and project presentation
  • Download sales data and analyze sales by sales channel and product category
  • Prepare report for EXCO meeting
  • Prepare stock forecast report for all channel
  • Prepare annual budget report by sales channel, product & month and
  • forecast P&L
  • Research competitor activities for trade partner brands
  • Oversees Sales & Operations Admin team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· Diploma with minimum 2 years relevant work experience in FMCG environment.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Creative problem-solving skills

· Meticulous, mature and tactful personality, integrity, self-driven and a team player
