Sales Consultant

Prime Immigration Consultancy Pte. Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing immigration advice and services to clients, ensuring they comply with all Singapore immigration laws and regulations. This role involves meeting with potential clients to understand their needs, providing consultancy on Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) and citizenship applications, and driving sales to grow our client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and guidance on immigration matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, and citizenship.
  • Assess client eligibility and advise on suitable immigration programs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and complete applications to the relevant authorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Singapore immigration laws and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and ensure all paperwork is in order.
  • Monitor the progress of applications and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the application process.
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
  • Participate in business development activities to attract new clients.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored immigration consultancy.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Any other Adhoc duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • GCE O Levels or equivalent.
  • Certified by relevant Singapore immigration authority or organization.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration consulting or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual abilities (especially proficiency in English and Mandarin).
  • Previous experience working with expatriates and multinational clients.
  • Familiarity with digital immigration application systems.
