Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute internal communications for change management.
- Design engaging communications materials and manage external design vendors.
- Communicate complex information clearly to a non-technical internal audience.
- Engage internal stakeholders to gather and understand information for change management strategies.
- Track the progress of change management efforts.
- Assist with timeline and milestone reporting, including metrics for success.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders on key messaging and sustaining changes.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Communication, Visual/Design Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop.
