What you will be doing?
You may be required to perform the following, but not limited to:
- Provide marketing support to any assigned entities, including Restaurants and Hotels.
- Plan and coordinate the conceptualization and implementation of marketing plans (eg. sponsorship, media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, public relations agencies, events and activities).
- Develop and coordinate field marketing and activities collateral.
- Design and create contents, including graphics, copywriting, and videos, for print or digital marketing purposes.
- Manage all marketing resources, advertising, and promotion materials.
- Manage local area marketing activities and collateral with all restaurants.
- Oversee the assigned social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), monitor performance, and propose strategies to optimize for growth.
- Daily monitoring of social media platforms, customer reviews and feedback.
- Maintain and update store information on digital platforms (eg. Google, Sevenrooms, Website, Facebook, etc.)
- Liaise with stakeholders and external organizations for joint partnerships & promotions.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers, agencies, and regulatory authorities.
- Preparation of marketing reports & presentations where necessary.
- Support any ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned.
