Order Management: Prepare and process orders by issuing job orders to vendors and monitoring the production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
Letter of Credit Negotiation: Manage and negotiate Letters of Credit, a crucial aspect of our trade processes.
Shipping Coordination: Coordinate shipping arrangements and prepare essential documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and job orders to ensure smooth delivery.
Financial Monitoring: Monitor payments from customers and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of incoterms, contract administration, and international trade administration (e.g., import/export documentation) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP and Letters of Credit is a plus, but training is available for candidates without experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
