  • Participate in sales development strategies to assist the company in optimizing integrated solution related to the industry and customer needs;
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and customer personnel;
  • Identify, develop, and grow all sectors. Pro-actively seek out new opportunities to enhance sales volume;
  • Manage existing / new customers, system integrators and end users.
  • Develop sales pipeline with a team of inside sales and engineer and manage sales forecast;
  • Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth;
  • To prepare sales quotation and address sales enquiries with competitive offerings in a timely and professional manner;
  • To implement sales and account management plan to develop new customers, manage and grow the existing business;
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines, to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work closely with Operation teams to align project goals and drive progress.
  • Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and conduct post-project evaluations.
  • Maintain and develop excellent customers relationship with internal business units and external business partners for driving sales results.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree graduate.
  • Proven minimum 2 years working experience in AV solutions sales and hardware direct/channel sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding in System Integration.
  • Experience in managing projects in sales or marketing.
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Experience in selling hardware is a must;
  • Good contacts and network in the Industry;
  • High self-esteem, energy and commitment to customer satisfaction.
