- Participate in sales development strategies to assist the company in optimizing integrated solution related to the industry and customer needs;
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and customer personnel;
- Identify, develop, and grow all sectors. Pro-actively seek out new opportunities to enhance sales volume;
- Manage existing / new customers, system integrators and end users.
- Develop sales pipeline with a team of inside sales and engineer and manage sales forecast;
- Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth;
- To prepare sales quotation and address sales enquiries with competitive offerings in a timely and professional manner;
- To implement sales and account management plan to develop new customers, manage and grow the existing business;
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines, to ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with Operation teams to align project goals and drive progress.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and conduct post-project evaluations.
- Maintain and develop excellent customers relationship with internal business units and external business partners for driving sales results.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree graduate.
- Proven minimum 2 years working experience in AV solutions sales and hardware direct/channel sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding in System Integration.
- Experience in managing projects in sales or marketing.
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Experience in selling hardware is a must;
- Good contacts and network in the Industry;
- High self-esteem, energy and commitment to customer satisfaction.
