Key Responsibilities:
Discipline : Diagnostic Radiography/Industrial Radiography
- Contribute to market research and feasibility studies on market demands, competitor analysis, price analysis and product analysis. Identify trends and plan BD efforts with corporate strategy and marketing teams.
- Identify gaps within the product portfolio, source and evaluate potential partners/principals and work with our existing principals and partners to gain strong traction in the market segments we serve
- Identifying areas for potential clients and building our KOL network
- Jointly prepare for product launch with the marketing and sales teams
- Develop opportunities and aid in lead generation to support local and regional sales team efforts
- Prepare business reviews by generating CRM reports from the system on sales performance, customer feedback, market insights, competition, and product comparisons
- Understand the customers and their requirements sufficiently to be able to conduct business analysis for new technical requirements
- Working with the sales and marketing teams on strategies that are aligned with overall marketing objectives, target audience, and budget considerations by understanding the market landscape, competitor analysis, and identifying key opportunities for growth.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products and services and be able to provide consultative sales capabilities to develop existing and new markets
Requirements:
- Degree in Diagnostic of Industrial Radiography /Biological Science/ Physics/Chemistry or any engineering sciences (Training will be provided)
- 5+ years experience in the Healthcare industry or Radio-related Research or working experience in a Sales and/or Product management role.
- Adaptable, result driven, with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
