Job Description:
Vertical Challenge
Provide admin support in:
- Invitations and RSVPs such as tracking of responses
- Monitoring of donation on approved digital platform
- Post-event Follow up such as compiling of photos and documents and sending of thank you emails.
GCTEF Charity Golf & Dinner
Provide admin support in:
- Invitations and RSVPs such as tracking of responses
- Coordination and Communication such as monitoring of the GCTEF mailbox for correspondences
- Recognition such as checking of certificates
- Logistics Coordination as seating arrangements
- Post-event Follow up such as compiling of photos and documents and sending of thank you emails.
Processing of GCTEA Nominations
Provide admin support in:
- Managing nominations for easy retrieval and review
- Monitoring GCTEA mailbox for enquiries
- Updating records and archive documents for record-keeping
- Post-event Follow up such as updating of records and archiving important documents.
GCTEA Ceremony
Provide admin support in:
- Invitations and RSVPs such as tracking of responses
- Awards and recognition such as checking of trophies and certificates
- Logistics Coordination as seating arrangements
- Post-event Follow up such as compiling of photos and documents and sending of thank you emails.
Other Areas of Work
- Provide admin support in related lines of business as discussed with Assistant Director, C&P.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing & Communications / Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant communications experience
