What’s the role?

As the Senior Field & Partnerships Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of a regional team building awareness for HubSpot and our world-class products among marketers and business leaders in Singapore.

In this role, you’ll contribute to awareness and audience growth in three core areas:

  • Lead our strategic and local partnerships to reach new audiences at scale,
  • Create and execute integrated field marketing campaigns to launch HubSpot’s products to the market,
  • Evolve how we think about distribution and audience growth by leveraging new media channels like YouTube, creators and our regional microsite across your work, and be part of leading the development of these key channels.

You’ll be focused on developing and executing campaigns that speak to business leaders and marketers, with the ultimate goal of raising awareness and consideration for HubSpot as the customer platform that powers business growth for SMEs in Singapore.

This role sits in our brand and awareness team within APAC marketing. We’re a highly collaborative team with a reputation for creative thinking, innovation and business impact. In this role you’ll report to the Head of Brand and Awareness for APAC, working in close partnership with the Asia Awareness Campaigns Manager, the ANZ Field & Partnerships Manager, and the global partnerships and product marketing teams.


In this role you’ll:

  • Lead our partnerships work for the wider APAC marketing team. You’ll work closely with our global partnerships team at HubSpot and our strategic partners (like LinkedIn and Meta) to co-design and execute regional campaigns that reach new audiences and drive awareness of our product partnerships.
  • You have a dual role in leading our strategic partnerships across APAC, and in executing these campaigns in Singapore.
  • You’ll also have the opportunity to identify, develop and implement new local brand and product partnerships in Singapore, with the goal of reaching new audiences at scale to grow awareness.
  • A huge part of our role in the region is to build awareness and understanding of HubSpot's customer platform and how our tools help businesses in Asia grow. You'll develop and execute regional GTM campaigns that bring HubSpot’s product launches to Singapore in a contextual and relevant way. These campaigns include developing a wide range of content - including written reports, landing pages, creator briefs, ad copy and video assets.
  • Have the unique opportunity to drive the strategy around audience growth and distribution in Singapore! In addition to earned media and our regional podcast, we are currently working with creators, building out our regional YouTube channel, growing our APAC microsite, and of course leveraging partnerships to grow audience reach and build awareness for HubSpot.

This role is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a partnership marketing role, regional field marketing role or similar. We’re looking for someone who has proven partnership marketing and/ or field marketing experience, understands what makes a great partnership tick and sees the opportunity to expand our audience through partnerships.
  • You're a lateral thinker and are excited by the opportunity to optimise how we currently think about distribution, while also uncovering new approaches. You think beyond paid ads to grow audience reach.
  • You know how to take customer, audience and market insights and translate these into campaign ideas, with the ultimate goal of driving brand and product awareness.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll pitch new partnership concepts to internal and external stakeholders and develop a range of marketing assets as part of your role.
  • You’re adaptable, driven and are a team player. The APAC team is highly innovative and collaborative - you’ll contribute with your ideas and collaborate closely on regional projects, but are equally comfortable working autonomously on your own scope of work.
  • You have strong project management skills - there are times where you’ll manage your own project work from conception, to budgeting, implementation and wrap up.
