We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct virtual meetings with potential and existing clients to present products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product development.
Qualifications:
- A Levels / Diploma Holder
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
