· Conduct sales and marketing of polyurethane chemicals and silicones within the Asia Pacific region.
· Establish credit lines, review and analyze customers' financial status, and manage credit control according to company requirements.
· Coordinate with overseas offices to expand sales for existing and potential customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
· Plan and strategize with suppliers to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals.
· Provide monthly or weekly pricing from suppliers to customers/distributors.
· Conduct half-yearly reviews on sales budgets set with suppliers/distributors.
· Prepare monthly sales reports or as needed.
· Establish strong relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities.
· Support sales presentations to customers for new product grades.
· Manage and coordinate customer support activities within the boundaries of the product marketing strategies/objectives.
· Maintain regulatory compliance in the assigned area.
· Support the principal in achieving sales budgets for assigned customers according to the fixed price list.
· Manage outstanding invoices and handle customer complaints.
· Provide market intelligence and share insights within the team.
· Manage end-user relations by coordinating agent activities, technical services, marketing, and distribution in the area.
Job Requirements :
· Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline.
· Prior working experience in sales or import & export business (forwarding & trading activities)
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (high presentation skills required).
· Preferred knowledge in Rubber/PU applications and Rubber/PU machine operation
· Result oriented, self-motivated and committed
· Able to travel frequently
Salary range : S$4,000.00 - $5,500.00
