What Awaits You:
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service in accordance to Company Service Standards
- Ensure stores are upkeep to create the desired shopping ambiance for our customers
- To conduct regular communication & coaching sessions with Store-In-Charge on customer service standards
- Liaise with Learning and Development team in the implementation of customer service related trainings and programs to bring about enhancement in delivery of customer service standards
- To follow through on customer service recovery when required
- Provide guidance to Store Managers to achieve business objectives of stores
- To achieve store KPIs and to ensure stores adhere to Group branding standards
- To assess store environments and work flow in order to put up practical proposals for business improvement
- To comply with company procedures at all times in order to protect valuable assets including its people and to achieve company KPIs
- Review store surrounding retail environments to identify areas for improvement
- Responsible in identifying potentials candidates among the store teams and groom them as part of succession planning
- Be exemplary role model to the team members in work ethics and sales driven with a flair for creativity
We Are Excited About You If You Have:
- Diploma holder with a passion for retail management
- At least 3 years of operational experience in Retail industry
- With good analytical skills & commercial sense, digitally inclined
- Good communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and people management skills
- Meticulous and committed
