Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value of our networking equipment.
- Solution Design: Develop and design customized networking solutions for customers, including network architecture, hardware, and software components.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution proposals, network diagrams, and configuration guides.
- Customer Training: Provide training and support to customers on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our networking products.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with post-sales technical issues, working closely with the support team to resolve complex problems.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers and the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- · Experience with network design and implementation.
- · Certification in networking technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.
