Sales Admin Assistant

Pe Materials Pte. Ltd.

Work Location: West,Pandan Loop


Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handling incoming sales orders, verifying information, and ensuring that orders are entered into the system accurately.
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues,upsell and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents.

Working Hour:

  • Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5pm

Requirements:

  • GCE’O’ level or Diploma or ITE graduate.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
