RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Singapore and regional corporate clients from mid-tier to large corporates.
- Provide expert financial advice and solutions, including credit facilities, treasury services, and trade finance.
- Cross-sell among product business units and inter-branch.
- Acquiring and evaluating new accounts, structuring credit facilities, performing credit assessment, cashflow projections, sensitivity analysis and loan documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 -15 years of corporate banking relationship management experience.
- Experience in syndicated, structured/ project finance and LBO deals will be strongly preferred
- Prior experience and have good client contacts in the Singapore and the regional markets.
- Experience in the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion (including documentation).
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
