Sales Personal Assistant

Tlab Consultancy Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

  • Setting of sales appointments + job interviews
  • Guest Reception
  • Client database management & other assigned office administration duties
  • Make phone calls and other forms of correspondence from company data base to fix appointments

Salary

Full-time: $2000/minth + monthly sales bonus

Part-time/Internship: $12-15/hour + monthly sales bonus


Work hours

Full-time: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm


Requirements

  • Relevant administration + sales working experiences.
  • Pleasant looking + Excellent communication skills
  • Min. A'Levels or Recognised Diploma.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office & Google Drive (Sheets, Forms, etc)
  • Strong attention to details, well organised and can multi-task.
  • Pleasant personality and possess positive working attitude.
  • Singaporean & PR only.
