We are looking for a professional baker with previous experience in the sector that can quickly take the lead in the daily production, planning, and execution.
Job Description:
• Take charge of daily preparation and production of Pizza, Focaccia, Bread, etc by following standards SOPs.
• Packing and stock’s management of final products.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of working experience or more as a full spectrum baker or relevant role.
· Attention to details and precision in baking techniques / dough shaping.
· Experience in the preparation and shaping of sourdough bread and pizza is highly valued/recognized.
· Formal culinary or baking education is a plus.
· Able to collaborate in the creation of new products to meet client’s needs.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and process driven environment.
· Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
· Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
· Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
· Demonstrate leadership skills.
· Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Work Arrangement:
· Working hours: 7am - 4pm,1 hour break.
· Working days: 5 days per week.
· Not required to work on Public holidays.
