About the Company:

The company's Power Systems are equipped with its innovation, including generators, transfer switches, switchgear, and controllers. Powering everything from gas stations to hotels and hospitals, as well as military operations and airports.


Basic Function:

As a Data Center Segment expert, the Sales Engineer / Manager leads and develops sales strategies to generate new business opportunities. This role involves locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators. The ultimate goal is to achieve profitable growth by converting Data Center project pipelines into actual orders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by contacting potential customers and analyzing market strategies.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals.
  • Maintain key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors.
  • Build and advance sales opportunity pipelines to closure.
  • Set budget forecasts and sales targets for the SEA Data Center market.
  • Provide project guidance and pricing strategy to distribution networks.
  • Identify strategic alliances to expand solutions and market reach.
  • Provide marketing and technical support to distribution partners.
  • Analyze sales and market data for senior management.
  • Promote company's Power Systems at trade events and collaborate on marketing collateral.
  • Be the expert in Data Center power products and solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5-8 years in power generation sales.
  • Proven direct and channel sales track record.
  • Results-driven with strong competitive spirit.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel frequently and work independently (up to 50%).
