Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a Project Quality System in accordance with Singapore standards.
- Monitor legal and regulatory compliance requirements and performance, implementing preventive programs to mitigate potential non-compliance.
- Assess the implementation of Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans at sites to ensure they adhere to project specifications and contract requirements.
- Conduct periodic site visits to perform detailed and recorded checks on quality, processes, and safety to ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
- Ensure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of non-compliance.
- Liaise with authorities, vendors, sub-contractors, and external parties on project quality matters and improvement requirements.
- Conduct and support QMS internal and external audits, ensuring the closeout of all inspection and audit non-conformities.
- Attend client quality management meetings.
- Coordinate final handover documentation activities to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide and organize staff training on quality matters, including materials, workmanship, health, safety, and environmental issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or related field
- ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Certificate
At least 8 years of QA/QC experience in mixed developments and LTA projects
