Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute and continuously optimize our sales strategy combining qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Manage and build a balanced pipeline of strategic accounts and medium-to-large scale contributors to revenue
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for institutional clients
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Deeply engage with the product, its technical components and the offerings of our competitors
- Navigate high velocity deals, crypto native firms and large-scale, complex organizations while engaging comfortably with senior executives and key decision makers
- Collaborate with Product, Client Success and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy
- Work closely with the Client Success and Business Development teams to ensure client success
- Willingness to travel, attend conferences, hustle and hunt for leads in all situations
- Post-sales responsibilities around checking in with clients, actively helping clients learn the system and getting up and running with trading
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise SaaS or capital markets sales and/or business development
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interest in technology, capital markets, and trading preferred
- Knowledge of end-to-end trading workflows, such as Trading, Portfolio and Risk Management, Treasury and Settlement tools via on-chain Custodians, understanding post-trade transaction cost analytics
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Rolodex of buyside and/or sellside customers from crypto and tradFi is a huge plus
- Strong relationship management skills and empathy
- Excellent listening and detective skills to actively work with clients to understand their problems and workflows to find solutions.
- Understanding of crypto ecosystem and workflows a plus
