Duties:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and offering fashion advice.
- Merchandising: Arrange and replenish clothes on the sales floor to ensure an attractive and organized shopping experience.
- Clothing Care: Iron and maintain the quality of clothing to present it at its best to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Creatively change mannequins and window displays to showcase our latest fashion trends.
- Stock Management: Perform regular stock takes, monitor inventory levels, and assist in restocking as needed.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store's cleanliness and tidiness at all times to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the cash register when required.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, promotions, and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Loss Prevention: Assist in preventing theft and security issues by following company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other store-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to speak Mandarin and Malay, to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking Directors.
