Main Duties
Provide assistance for operational and sales activities within the Sales Department
Be independent in managing client portfolio and achieve sales targets
Check and enter data into accounting software, checking of goods received, data management, filing, keeping tabs of accounts receivables, etc.
Assist with preparation of Statement of Accounts for customers
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job qualifications and requirements
· Be fluent in Thai language and preferably have experience in engaging Thai customers
. At least 1 year of relevant work experience
· Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word and will be trained in using in-house ERP software
· A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
· Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Team player
