Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquires
- Prepare quotation, Purchase Order Requisition, Work Order
- Process, monitor, expedite customer order to ensure on time delivery of goods
- Responsible to monitor and follow up project progress and update schedule of project delivery status , Project Filing
- Execute job by coordinating with Export team, purchasing & logistics team, technical team, customers and vendors through quotation, tender stage, order requisition, delivery and invoicing
- Provide Sales supports to sales team and manager
- When necessary, make some visits to domestic clients for clarification & meeting for Sales objectives
- Making activity update report and documentation for conferences
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in Inside Sales position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) & ERP
- Working experience in Valve, Fitting, Pipe, Semiconductor, Electrical & Electronic Component, Petrochemical industry will be advantageous
