- Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
- Location: Sixth Avenue (walking distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Global real estate owner & investment management
Main Responsibilities:
- Design of marketing materials, product brochures, website
- Generate leads for sales team
- Take charge on social media posting and planning
- Build and cultivate existing investor relationships
- Take charge on monitoring all distribution channels
- Lead process of the development of all marketing materials
- Manage projects offerings including prospect tracking and prioritization, data room management, and roadshow planning
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Minimum Degree in Design/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in real estate/investment background is required
- Hotels/Residentials product knowledge will be advantageous
