- Position: Sales Coordinator
- Location: Sims Close
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the backup point of contact between key account executives and clients, stepping in to assist clients when the primary contact is unavailable
- Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing customer service
- Coordinate meetings, submission , and site setup arrangements for key account executives
- Liaise with relevant departments if required
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
- Minimum 'O' Level and 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
