- Position: Sales Support Officer/Sales Admin (Account Management)
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus + 21 Days Annual Leave
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, deliveries and provide admin support for the Sales Team
- Manage the sales processes such as quotations, sales orders, customer invoices and monthly statement of account to customer
- Verify customers’ orders including customer details and payment information
- Attend to any customer enquiries, feedback or complaints through phone call or email
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Minimum ITE in any discipline
- At least 1 years of sales support/sales experience is required
