Job Scope:
Data extraction and analysis (70%)
· Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources (IQVIA, Sales report, etc)
· Work closely with Marketing team to understand the analytical needs. Analysis of sales by product, by sales channel and customer performance, comparison against Market performance, marketing spends effectiveness and other critical KPIs and Metrics etc.
· Perform in depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
· Support the team in developing and maintaining databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build dashboards that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets
· Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity
· Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
Raising of PR/PO/ACR (20%)
· Raise purchase requisitions, ACR and purchase orders in SAP.
Miscellaneous (10%)
· Ad-hoc tasks as required by team.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma of any equivalent field
· Organized and meticulous individual
· Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
· Keen eye for details and accuracy
· Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Team player who has good time management skills
Additional Information:
· Salary – Up to S$4K + 1 month completion bonus
· Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable/convertible to perm
· Commencement Date: Immediate
· Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
· Location: Duo Tower, Bugis MRT
