Job Descriptions
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Smile Experts to join our team for upcoming roadshows. As a Smile Expert, you will play a crucial role in educating customers about teeth straightening options, conducting smile checks, and promoting Zenyum’s products. Your goal is to create a positive and engaging experience for potential customers, helping them achieve the smile they’ve always wanted.
You're a fit for this role, if you:
Customer Education: Engage with customers to explain the benefits of Zenyum’s invisible braces and oral care products.
- Smile Checks: Assist customers with initial smile assessments, providing insights into their teeth straightening options.
- Product Promotion: Showcase and sell Zenyum’s range of oral care products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of how Zenyum’s products work and the process of getting started with our invisible braces.
- Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and informative atmosphere at the roadshow booth, ensuring customers have a memorable experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Zenyum team to help improve our offerings and services.
We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Assistant (Part-Time) to:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate product information and educate customers.
- Customer Service Oriented: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping people improve their smiles.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and Energetic: A positive attitude and high energy levels to keep customers engaged.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and convey it to customers.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work on weekends and weekdays as per the roadshow schedule.
