Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support to the Sales team
- Open job or sales enquiries using in-house system for sending of of quotations for requested marine products and/or services from the ships.
- Submit cost-effective quotations promptly to customers and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinate with Production team for available manpower, resources and logistic requirements
- Finalize order summary and close the sales transaction for invoicing
- Perform other jobs as maybe assigned
Qualifications Required
- At least 1 year of indoor sales coordination experience in marine shipyard or shipping sector with at least ITE or technical studies
- Able to handle end to end sales and purchase procedures from enquiry to final delivery of good and/or services
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet customer requirements
- Responsible with sense of urgency and good inter-personal skills
- Immediately available candidates preferred
- Willing to work 5.25 days per week, location 4 Tuas Link 1 near to Tuas West Road MRT station
