Responsibilities:
- Manage the technicians, contractors, cleaners and security guards to ensure the proper running and maintenance of the residential/ commercial property sites as assigned, including planning the maintenance and servicing schedule, liaising with contractors.
- Conduct regular checks in unit and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained.
- Prepare of reports and operations budgets and assist in tracking of operations budgets.
- Coordinate and review tenant’s drawings and plans to ensure compliance with design criteria & authorities’ requirements
- Able to conduct fitout and reinstatement briefing in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- To follow through the fitout and reinstatement process of the tenants.
- Review and recommend replacement/improvement plan for managed sites.
- Ensure building statutory requirements are complied with.
- Prepare and manage tender invitation for servicing contracts and other ad-hoc replacement works.
- Handle tenants’ maintenance related requests.
- Carry out any other related duties as requested by immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in managing building in retail/ commercial/ hospitality properties.
- Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
- Proficient in MS Office- Word and Excel.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organised, meticulous and good with paperwork.
- Highly motivated, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
