Marketing & Communications Manager
We are looking for a highly capable Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team to spearhead the growth of our inbound sales channels.
At SHRI, we are committed to building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Role Overview
As the Marcoms Manager, you will get to develop and implement marketing strategies as well as to monitor and evaluate advertising campaign performance to drive continual improvement. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping SHRI’s brand identity and keeping its industry presence.
Responsibilities
· Develop strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility and drive quality traffic our platforms.
· Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation.
· Manage lead generation efforts by developing and optimising strategies to attract and nurture potential customers.
· Create compelling and effective content for our platforms to attract and convert target audiences.
· Cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, agencies and vendors
· Monitor and manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and optimise resource allocation.
· Review and approve marketing material, including website banners, brochures and case studies to ensure brand consistency.
· Utilise web analytics tools to measure campaign performance to assess KPIs and ROIs.
· Collaborate with team and vendor to track and analyse marketing efforts to ensure optimal results
Requirements
· Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns to achieve business objectives.
· Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and lead generation tactics.
· Proficiency in web analytics tools and ability to translate creative concepts into effective advertising initiatives.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· A passionate and result-oriented marketing professional, looking to make a difference in the People Management industry.

Salary range: $4000 - $5000
