Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage day-to-day sales operation
· Process sales order and support all sales activities from preparation, documentation, shipment to invoices and filing
· Assist in preparation of reports and documents
· Coordinate projects and support manager and ensure projects are kept on schedule
· Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal stakeholders
· Support with office and administrative matters
· Any ad-hoc work as assigned
Requirements
- Possess more than 5 years relevant experience in marine engine
- Great knowledge and relations with China shipyard and shipping industry
- Diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with speaking and reading Chinese as you will be working with your counterparts in the Greater China region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, meticulous and willingness to learn
