Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive corporate sales growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
